How to Troubleshoot a Freecom DVB-T
The DVB-T USB Stick from Freecom is a USB TV receiver for your PC. Most problems associated with the Freecom DVB-T are due to incorrectly installed software or some type of hardware issue. Both of these issues are easily solved, and only require minor adjustments or simple reinstallations of certain pieces of software.

Make sure that the antenna is firmly plugged into the IEC connector, and that the IEC connector is firmly plugged into the USB stick.

Make sure the USB stick is inserted firmly into your computer's USB drive. If your computer is not recognizing the USB stick, switch to another USB drive, as one of your computer's USB ports may be malfunctioning.

3.Check the drivers for the Freecom DVB-T. Open the Control Panel on your computer and locating the Device Manager. Locate and select the DVB-T USB Stick. Its name in the Device Manager may be "Digital TV Receiver." Click the "Driver" tab. Insert the included installation CD and click "Update Driver..." The drivers for the Freecom DVB-T are located on this disk.

Disable any energy-saving function on your computer, especially if you are using a notebook. Energy-saving settings can harm the performance of your Freecom DVB-T.
